The Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion Renews Its Agreement with Its Executive Employees

The Agreement on the Working Conditions of Executive Employees of the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion was adopted on June 15, 2026. This six-year agreement reflects a commitment to recognizing the essential contribution of management staff to the quality of municipal services and the fulfillment of the City’s mission.

Through this agreement, the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion reaffirms its commitment to providing fair, competitive working conditions that are tailored to the realities of management teams. It helps support the recruitment and retention of competent managerial staff, for the benefit of the entire community.

Managerial employees will receive a 4% salary increase for 2025, followed by a 3% increase each year from 2026 to 2030.

Our executive staff, just like all of our teams, play an essential role in fulfilling our municipal mission. I would like to highlight their dedication and professionalism,” said Mayor Paul Dumoulin.
