Since 2020, the City of Vaudreuil-Dorion has been organizing the Chasse aux trésors to give a second life to objects. Conference: Avoiding obsolescence
as part of Écodécouvertes
By Mélissa de La Fontaine, COOP INCITA
Tuesday, October 22, 7 p.m.
Public Library
Who hasn't faced a case of obsolescence? A device that seems to give up the ghost the day after the warranty expires. A perfectly good cell phone that just doesn't seem to answer anymore. And that new, trendy sweater we've been buying for ourselves in spite of a full wardrobe! In this conference, you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of the many facets of obsolescence, and discover the ways in which we can be part of the solution!
