The City provides fitness facilities for residents of Vaudreuil-Dorion for free practice of certain sports. Equipment is provided on-site.
Outdoors
Loan of equipment in parks
It is possible to borrow different equipment in three parks, when weather conditions permit and upon presentation of the citizen card. Reservations are required for free skating on the ice oval at the Maison-Valois Park. Reservation is required for the free skate on the ice rink at the Maison-Valois Park.

Sliding on tubes
It is now possible to borrow single and double tubes from the Bicentennial Park, where a sliding area with corridors has recently been set up.
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on pedagogical days, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Fatbike
As of March 12, citizens will be able to ride bicycles with oversized tires (fatbikes) at the park de la Maison-Valois.

- Schedule: weekends and pedagogical days, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Activity reserved for citizens
- 50 minute time slot
- Online reservation two days in advance, from 10 am.
This activity is intended for citizens aged 10 and over (due to the size of the bicycles).
In gymnasium
In accordance with the latest government guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic, activities are suspended until further notice.
All activities are presented in a safe environment that respects the health measures in effect. Reserved for residents, the activities are free of charge, unless otherwise specified. Only the citizen card is accepted as proof of residence. It is available at the library or at the Recreation and Cultural Department. Reservations are mandatory for free activities and are made online. It is possible to register up to two days before the desired time slot, starting à 8:00 a.m. Registration by telephone is also possible for people who do not have access to a computer (450 455-3371, option 4).
COVID-19: Duplicate racquet sports are allowed only if all the players on the court come from the same family unit (same address).
