Municipal Court
The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional Municipal Court is a court of first instance with jurisdiction in criminal matters in the Beauharnois district.
Mandate
Since 1995, the jurisdiction of this Court extends over the entire territory of the municipalities of the MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges. It serves a population of nearly 150,000 citizens spread over the 23 municipalities of the territory. It has jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate all complaints relating to municipal by-laws and the Highway Safety Code.
Payment of Statements of Offence
Statements of offense are payable to the Municipal Court in various ways:

- In person at the Municipal Court
- By mail
- At your financial institution
- Through Desjardins Accès D or the National Bank’s Internet Banking Solutions
