3-1-1
3-1-1 is a line dedicated to requests from residents requiring municipal intervention, other than emergency calls requiring police, fire or ambulance services.
Why 3-1-1?
The MRC de Vaudreuil-Dorion implemented the 3-1-1 call service after experiencing a high proportion of non-urgent calls at 9-1-1.
3-1-1 is not an information or municipal administration service. It serves, for example, to notify the appropriate authorities of water main breaks, sewer backups, traffic obstructions, slippery roadways, as well as any violations of municipal by-laws.
If your request is not urgent, for example, a faulty street light, you can also fill out an online request via the citizen portal. It allows very precise information to be transmitted to the municipal administration, since you can attach a photo and pinpoint the exact location of the problem. Create your account today!
