Citizen Space
The Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion’s Citizen Space replaces the BCITI+ portal. It brings together all online services, including tax accounts, and integrates an emergency telephone call system. A single secure point of access!
Register now and download the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
Important: If you already have an account on the recreation registration platform (swimming, conferences, day camp, etc.), register using the email address and password associated with that account.

Digital citizen card
The digital citizen card allows residents to access their card and those of their family members from their mobile phone. It also facilitates the card application or renewal process, which can now be done from your account without having to visit a municipal building.
This module allows you to:
- Link an existing physical card
- Apply for a card
- Apply for a card renewal
- Manage the cards of all members of the same family
The citizen card is available free of charge to all residents. It is required for, among other things:
- Registration for activities
- Recreational sports
- Swimming lessons
- Etc.
Those who wish to do so may continue to use the printed version of their card, which is available at two locations: the municipal library (2000, rue Émile-Bouchard) or the Service des loisirs et de la culture (3093, boulevard de la Gare, room B-230).
Tax account
The Citizen Space allows you to sign up for online tax bills. To verify your identity when you log in for the first time, you will need to enter certain information from your most recent 2025 tax bill. Once registered, you will have the option to receive your tax bill in digital format and view it at any time.
Municipal notifications
This service allows you to receive notifications by email, text message, or push notifications for the following categories of notices issued by the City:
- Emergencies
- Activities and events
- Important notices
- Collections
- Snow removal
- Jobs
- Regulations
- Public meetings
- Parking
- Construction
You can choose the types of notices you wish to receive.
Requests
The Requests module allows you to send comments to the municipal administration or obtain information on specific topics. Several categories of requests are available, such as waste and debris on private property, manhole covers or inspection chambers, faulty lighting, water inlet locations, potholes, obstructions on public roads, etc. You can track your requests on the platform.
This module is also used to submit environmental grant applications.
Permit applications
From your citizen account, you can apply online for building or renovation permits, watering permits, tree felling permits, and animal licenses (cats and dogs).
Buildings and sports facilities
This module lets you know if municipal buildings and swimming pools are open and if the ice rinks, slides, and various trails in Harwood Nature Park are accessible.
