Registration for Activities

Online registration for activities is recommended. Only payments by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are accepted, and a resident’s card is required.

Activities are free for residents unless otherwise specified. Online reservation is mandatory for fall activities. It is important to create an account on the registration platform to have access to this functionality. Registration by phone is also possible for people who do not have access to a computer (450 455-3371, option 4). Only the citizen card is accepted as proof of residence. 

In today's rapidly changing environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended that you visit the Activities Program page of the Web site regularly and follow the Facebook page to find out what activities are offered. 

Drop-in gymnasium activities

Resumption of activities as of March 27, 2021

Online reservation is required for drop-in activities (badminton and pickleball). Reservations can be made two days before the desired time slot, starting at 8 a.m. Free climbing is cancelled until further notice.

Municipal arena

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, government measures are restricting the number of people who can use the arena. Reservations are therefore mandatory for all free activities at the arena and must be made online or by phone (450 455-3371, option 4).

Thematic workshops

Registration online or by phone at 450 455-3371, option 4, starting at 9 a.m. the Monday before the activity. Places are limited.

All activities will take place on the Zoom platform. The link will be sent by email a few days before the event.

Free swim

Reservations are therefore mandatory and must be made online or by phone (450 455-3371, option 4). Reservations can be made as early as 8:00 a.m. two days before the desired time slot.

Summer camps

Animation Jeunesse Vaudreuil-Dorion and Sports Camps

Registration for the Animation Jeunesse day camp and for the sports camps will take place online.

Please note that online registration will not be available on April 28 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. due to a system update.

Residents who do not have access to a computer, the Internet or a Visa or Mastercard credit card may register by phone (450-455-3371, option 4) beginning April 27, between 12:30 p.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cheques should be mailed to the Recreation and Culture Department (3093 de la Gare Blvd., room B-230).

Session of 5 swimming lessons (May 15 to June 13, 2021)

  • Registration for residents: Starting May 3, 12:30 p.m.
  • Registration for non-residents (if places are still available): Starting May 5, 8:30 a.m.
  • Private or semi-private lessons (for 3 people from the same family bubble). These will be a revision of the Junior 5 and up courses.

Horticultural Fair

The City of Vaudreuil-Dorion is pleased to offer its citizens a distribution of compost, wood chips, grass seeds, shrubs and trees, which, once planted, will contribute to the greening and beautification of the city.

Healthy Living

The City of Vaudreuil-Dorion is taking advantage of Physical Activity Month to offer a multitude of activities to its population to encourage them to adopt healthy lifestyle habits from April 30 to May 29.

Online reservations are required for some activities.

Outdoor Tennis

Online reservations for free practice are required from April 30 to October 17, 2021. 

  • Only one one-hour reservation accepted, per day, per member.
  • Only members 16 years of age and older may reserve.
  • The reserved hour must be played before a new reservation can be made.
  • The court must be vacated by all players after 55 minutes of play.
  • Changes must be made to the hours (e.g. 6:00-7:00 p.m., 7:00-8:00 p.m.).
  • Court reservations are Monday through Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm.
