Survey: The Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion wants to know its residents’ preferences regarding municipal information
Keen to communicate effectively with its residents, the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion is inviting its residents to take part in a survey on their habits regarding municipal information.
Available online now, this survey aims to better understand which tools are used to stay informed (website, social media, newsletter, municipal bulletin, etc.), what types of content generate the most interest, and how the City can continue to effectively reach the entire population.
“Listening to our citizens is at the heart of our commitment. Population growth, increasingly diverse
technologies that are now part of everyday life, and the new realities of local media have completely transformed the way we communicate with our residents over the last few years. We want everyone to feel well-informed and engaged with what is happening in their town. I therefore invite residents to take a few minutes to complete this survey,” said Mayor Paul Dumoulin.
By completing this short questionnaire, residents will contribute directly to the ongoing improvement
of municipal communications. Residents will also be asked to complete it via various platforms and communication tools over the coming weeks.
Finally, for those who do not have access to a computer or are not comfortable responding online, paper copies are available at the library and at the reception desk at the City hall (2000 Émile-Bouchard Street). They can also call 450 455-7636, leave their contact details on the voicemail, and an employee will call them back to complete the survey with them.
The City would like to thank in advance everyone who takes the time to share their views.
