Vaudreuil-Dorion presents the Rendez-vous intergénérationnels for a fourth consecutive year
Back this spring, the Rendez-vous intergénérationnels in Vaudreuil-Dorion will take place throughout the month of May, thanks to the collaborative efforts of nearly twenty partners and organizations across the region. This program invites residents of all ages to come together and connect in a spirit of openness and kindness.
Through a diverse range of activities, children, teens, adults, and seniors are invited to gather and share meaningful moments. Activities include a large intergenerational walk, a tree planting, genealogy workshops, a theatre performance, the creation of a mural, an Afro-Caribbean morning, and much more. This fourth edition of the Rendez-vous intergénérationnels will conclude with a family picnic on Friday, May 29, at the édifice de la Croisée.
“The Rendez-vous intergénérationnels highlight the importance of building bridges between generations. Every exchange, every activity is an opportunity to enrich our community and to pass on values of respect, openness, and solidarity,” said Paul Dumoulin, Mayor of Vaudreuil-Dorion.
