La balle est dans ton camp: Vaudreuil-Dorion is recruiting for its day camps

As recruitment begins for staff for the day camps of Animation Jeunesse, the Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion is launching the La balle est dans ton camp campaign, aimed at attracting young people seeking a summer job. Featuring camp counsellors and support staff already employed by the City, the initiative highlights that all profiles are welcome to entertain and care for children throughout the summer season.

“A strong sense of belonging defines the employees of the large Animation Jeunesse family. Their enthusiasm and commitment were so evident that we had no difficulty finding participants proud to lend their image to the campaign. Their involvement reflects a stimulating environment where young people can thrive, have fun and gain a rewarding work experience,” said Paul Dumoulin, Mayor of Vaudreuil-Dorion.

The Ville de Vaudreuil-Dorion offers parents a diversified summer program, including sports and arts camps, an environmental component, the Club Ados, as well as a leisure integration program for children with special needs. The City therefore aims to bring together a wide range of personalities to meet the varied expectations of young participants and ensure quality supervision. This is why the campaign highlights three counsellors (Luffy, Zen and Calimero) and two support workers (Glitch and Dumpling), who proudly display their colours.

Working within the Vaudreuil-Dorion camps offers much more than just an employment opportunity. The experience allows participants to develop new skills, strengthen teamwork and take part in stimulating activities with children. Employees benefit from a daytime schedule that leaves evenings and weekends free, competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
