Revision of the City's planning scheme and bylaws

The entry into force of the new government orientations in land use planning and the revised Schéma d'aménagement et de développement (SADR) of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges MRC has led to a concordance exercise for the City's urban plan and by-laws. This obligation to harmonise urban planning tools provides an opportunity to update the City's vision of land use planning and development, as well as the regulatory framework for its implementation. The revision of the City's planning scheme and by-laws involves producing new planning and regulatory documents to replace those currently in force, which are more than 23 years old.

Public consultations are planned. Information will be available on 3 July.
