Presented by Les Amis de Félix Leclerc à Vaudreuil

In the fall of 2019, domlebo completed a residency focused on research, outreach, and songwriting at Félix Leclerc’s former home in Vaudreuil. Inspired by the life and work of this icon of Quebec culture, the artist composed four original songs, each evoking a significant period in Félix’s life. Originally scheduled for spring 2020, the show had to be put on hold due to the pandemic. It is therefore in the fall of 2025 that domlebo picks up the thread of this adventure, with an expanded program: a few more original songs, anecdotes, contextual insights, and Félix Leclerc classics! On stage, domlebo shares his passion for Félix and the influence he has had on French-language music in the broadest sense, including on his own original songs written over the years. Joining him on stage, double bassist Jean-Sébastien Clément will bring his musical and poetic touch to this event.
